  1. We have the right to terminate any account, at any time, at our sole discretion, and for any reason. Violating any of the rules will lead termination of your account without notice and refund.
  2. Your account is subject to removal without notice if we receive any complaints, reports of abuse, or if the server is blacklisted or blocked (including but not limited to be K-Lined from any IRC server) due to your sole action, activity, and/or usage of the server.
  3. Any and all decisions by the admin are final and uncontestable.
  4. Donations will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  5. You are solely responsible for any material you put up on this site. No illegal, biased, or offensive materials are allowed on this site. Offensive material includes but is not limited to pornography, political, and hate materials.
  6. We are not responsible for:
    • Power failure
    • Disc crashes
    • Lost of data due to disc crashes or any other means
  7. Your login time and IP address will be recorded.
